Charred wood walls surround this intimate space, where diners can gather at a table, or at the gorgeous vintage pinewood bar, to watch the chefs in action on the binchotan grill - grilling chicken - every part! - slicing ocean-fresh sashimi; plating wagyu tartare and crafting sea urchin handrolls. Lingering over saké is an izakaya tradition, and at Junn, in addition to a fine selection of sakés, you can lust over craft cocktails, imported wines & craft draft beer.
